Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Made appointment several weeks in advance. An hour after arriving asked when I would get in and was told 4 more ahead of me. Asked for keys / wheel lock to depart and was told to file complaint with corporate office. I have seen dead people more faster. Would not buy tires or have service performed at Pep Boys even if it was free.

Pep Boys was amazing and really helped me out. I had a blowout on my way to Biloxi from Pensacola, Fl, and although they were closing in 6 minutes, Creed said it was no problem at all to bring it in. He had me fixed up in just a few minutes. I definitely recommend this location! They really care about their customers.

The absolute best service. Fixed my flat tire for free. I had already been to Discount tire the previous day and they didn’t fix it. I took my tire to Pep Boys on July 4 and they took care of us. We were on vacation and needed help and they were there for us. I can’t say enough about these workers here. I highly recommend.

Outstanding experience at Pep Boys in Biloxi! We were traveling from out of town when we discovered an issue with our vehicle and were concerned about getting it fixed quickly. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She understood our situation and worked us in immediately, which was such a relief. The technician was equally impressive. After speaking with me and listening to the symptoms, he quickly identified the problem and had it repaired within minutes. It’s refreshing to find a shop with knowledgeable technicians who don’t waste your time or money. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, honest, and focused on helping us get safely back on the road. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Pep Boys Biloxi and will absolutely use them again whenever I’m in the area!

While on a road trip, we noticed our car had started shaking at lower speeds, so we made an appointment to have it checked out. The team at Pep Boys was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got us safely back on the road in no time. Richard was especially knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing automotive service. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!
